Movement

In addition to our varied experiential pedagogy, our motoped Thomas Lindhout enriches and promotes the motor development of our children through his wonderful, colorful, and diverse programs involving movement and play, three times a month from September to May on Fridays.

“Theater in a Suitcase” with DanceThomas on Tour

With movement and music, we embark on musical journeys in play: to distant lands, to the farmer “Kurt,” to “Jay” in America, or simply into nature with animals, stones, and plants. In our travel suitcase are musical instruments, props such as hats, scarves, animals, balls, songs, and sometimes an entire sea. Depending on the season, we experience with all our senses ourselves, the world around us, and the joy of coming together in rhythm and making music. My accordion and the “hopping flea” (the ukulele) accompany us along the way.
