Supporting children in their development is one of the most rewarding and responsible tasks there is. At Kita Pippi Langstrumpf we create a place where children feel safe, stay curious and explore their world through play. For this we are looking for people who would like to become part of our team with heart, commitment and a strong educational perspective.

Our daycare center is located in the vibrant Schanzenviertel district of Hamburg and is characterized by a family like atmosphere, short decision making paths and a respectful environment. We place great importance on both children and staff feeling comfortable here and being able to contribute their individual strengths. Good educational work grows where trust, openness and cooperation are lived every day.

Whether you are already working as an early childhood educator or would like to gain your first practical experience through a Voluntary Social Year, you will find a place here where you can take responsibility, grow professionally and become part of a dedicated team.
